Saving marker regions as files...help please

Hi
I've imported a large file, then created markers where I want to split the audio...now I want to save all the marked regions as individual files...anyone know how to do this?
Same concept as burning a cdr but i just want the files and no disc.

Try the menu-item "Sound>Split According to Markers"
