I'm the author of the plug-ins and they don't work in Amadeus. AFAIK, it's because of the way Amadeus handles multichannel files, ie by pair of channels.

When I started the plug-ins, about a year ago, I reported the situation on this forum and Martin Hairer thought that the way Amadeus deals with surround was adequate and there was no need to make adjustments to handle multichannel files as a whole rather than by group of two channels.

So, there you go, that's the situation with Amadeus and my plug-ins. There a new sound editor (roughly one year old), that handles surround files more... elegantly, it's called TwistedWave.

P.S. Just for the record, appart from the surround file handling, I do think that AP is a top notch sound editor and I always recommend it to my students.
