sorry, this is another double post of mine-I'm having difficulty with the forum
I have solved the problem-so it shouldn't happen again.
Apologies!

RX2
Paal- Really the only tool for this is something like RX2 from Izotope. This covers almost every scenario possible. The *huge caveat* is that you need to know how to use it, and that requires more than a little experience, which only accrues over time. There are competing products, but IMO it's the ...

Caveat: I'm not terribly experienced with AP2. In reading your entire post, rather than just the first sentence or two, there seem to be some contradictions which suggest that you many not have the respective app's launched in the correct mode for your relevant plugins. Do your iZotope plugins work ...

An update on my initial post... it seems the fadeout is exactly as it should be when working on the Amadeus file, but when saving the final edit as an AIFF file, the fadeout shows the effect I mentioned, with the hiss becoming grainy as it fades out. Just to add one more comment: Notice you said th...

Re: Does Amadeus Meet Highest Standards for Audio Quality
I'm looking for Amadeus opinions from any professional engineers who record very pristine audio: classical, intimate jazz and vocals, using top-end gear. Does Amadeus preserve pristine audio quality while massaging audio as well as something like ProTools, Digital Performer, SoundForge, etc? Thanks...

Not seeing all the markers/tracks
AP always fine! Suddenly, it doesn't see all the markers when burning. For example, when burning, and the final Apple dialogue pops up (burning speed options, etc), then "burn" clicked, it says something like "burning 1 of 42" when there are 50 markers. It doesn't see past 42. Th...

Re: Playhead Scrubbing. (Beta Version)
As wonderful as Amadeus Pro is (and it is), scrubbing is, for all purposes, totally unusable.Alan wrote: Additionally, scrubbing has other inconsistencies in behavior, but not definable by verbiage.

Re: Can I get my money back?
Yesterday, for the umpteenth time, I wiped out a painstakingly-constructed 10-band EQ curve in an instant by clicking the "Flat" button. I just wanted to compare the sound pre- and post-EQ. This is the most screamingly counter-intuitive design I have ever seen! You come back to Amadeus af...
