Now I suppose these are bugs, but I just stumbled upon them, so
I can't tell for sure how long they've been there:

1. When generating a waveform into a document, the duration is wrong for any samp ...

Yes, I'm aware that you can use Cmd+arrows.

What I meant is that when you move a marker around with the mouse, it should snap to the ends of the selection. Vice versa for the selection - the end yo ...

It would be great if the ends of a selection could snap to markers.

Likewise, moving a marker about should allow it to snap to one or the other end of a selection.

This should be user selectable ...

Now that I've actually... ahem... USED the aforementioned "Split According to Markers..." function, I must admit it's ALMOST perfect.

A few things are missing, though:

1) In addition t ...

Correction: It seems like almost everything I mentioned above already exists in Amadeus Pro...

That's what happens when you're impatient...

So, with a few tweaks in the naming of saved tracks (t ...

I've spent a lot of time with Steinbergs Wavelab, and they do a couple of brilliant things in that program.

One of which is to store the markers in a separate file.

With Amadeus Pro, each-and-ev ...

I see - That could very well be the case.

After all - when I think about it, 0.032 seconds isn't all that much of a buffer after all. 32 ms could very well be spent in harddisk operations. I get th ...

I'm experiencing the same thing.

I record LPs in 24 bits, 96 KHz, from a M-Audio FireWire AudioPhile interface (buffer set to max - 3072 samples). I record straight to AIFF-files with Amadeus Pro. ...
