at the lower left edge of the window.

Rayspace. It is an AU reverb using virtual spaces. The preset spaces

Hi Larry

The safest way is to leave the original as it is. That way the length
stays the same.
Copy a part and choose Edit> Paste to New Track from the menu
Now you have the pasted fragm ...
