Zoom at Insertion
I haven't seen a response for this problem. To clarify, I'm running OS X 10.6.6 and have Amadeus Pro 1.5.4. I used to be able to mark a point in a file and zoom in and out with the marked point always centered. I believe that's what this post is about. Are there any plans to re-instate this feature?

Richard: Unless I misunderstood you, joining two files is extremely easy. All you have to do is: Click on Sound, Join Files. This will open a box where you will drag in the 2 or more files you want to join. Then click on Join and you will have a seamless track. A marker is placed between the 2 files...

Deleting Silence between tracks
I sometimes record streaming concerts or online albums. When tracks are played, there's a 1/2 second of silence while one track finishes and the next one begins. This is especially annoying for live shows when one song should seamlessly blend into the next. What I usually do is mark the start of the...

Martin: I concur with your last post and I have some facts to support it. I am now using Beta 9 and tested a 5 hour file and compared it to Quicktime vs mpg123. It took Quicktime 3:31 to open the file as compared to MPG123's 1:52. The Quicktime file had 52 milliseconds of silence at the front of th...

Beta Bugs
Martin: As you know, I've tested Beta 4 & 6 with regards to the track title. Although you fixed the track numbering in beta 6, I'm finding that the beta versions are unstable as they crash whenever I import an MP3 file. It doesn't have a problem with a wav file, at least I didn't get an error as...

What about the version at <http://www.hairersoft.com/Downloads/AmadeusPro.zip If you still encounter that problem with the track numbers, please show me the precise steps to reproduce it. Martin: I'm still having an issue with the track numbers. Let me start by telling you that I'm on 10.5.2 and I ...

Thanks Gerard. I'm more of an MP3 maker and store it in iTunes kind of guy so I'm very particular about my tags. To that end, Martin, is there any way we can enter our own Genre when setting up the tags? This is less important as I can always edit that in one shot in iTunes. The track numbers issue ...
