Two mono tracks --> stereo channels?
That was easy, just as I had hoped. Thank you, Chuck and Martin! -Norm Loomer On Oct 24, 2017, at 2:31 PM, Martin Hairer <martin@hairersoft.com> wrote: See Tracks -> Merge With Next / Previous Track Do make sure that playback is set to "front left" for the left channel and "front righ...

Two mono tracks --> stereo channels?
There must be an easy way to do this, but I haven’t found it. I have two mono tracks, recorded on iPhones on the left and on the right, and they are in a single Amadeus document. I would like to create a stereo document, with the left track in the left channel and the right track in the right chan...

Adding a translation track
I have a concert recording that contains some between-songs commentary in German. It happens that we have a young man staying with us right now who is fluent in English and German, and I would like to be able to have him add an English translation track to the recording (much like simultaneous trans...

Want to upgrade to Amadeus Pro, but can\'t
I see that formatting I applied to my previous message didn't go through, making the message hard to read. Here is a cleaned-up version. --^------------------------ I have a registered copy of Amadeus II and a trial version of Amadeus Pro, which I would like to register. However, I am thwarted in ev...

Amadeus II temporary file
Alas, the file didn't appear in trash after a reboot. I guess I learned a lesson - don't close the cover before saving - but I'm surprised that would delete the file. -Norm Loomer On May 3, 2011, at 3:02 PM, Sarah Alawami wrote: It says in the docs that it is in the trash but I had no such luck look...

Amadeus II temporary file
I recorded a 40-minute session in Amadeus II and stupidly closed my Macbook cover before saving the file. Upon reopening I received an message something like "device disconnected." I was unable to save my file at that point. Hoping to find a temporary file containing my session, I searched...

Yes, in the initial try but not at 63 later. (See below.) 60 and 180 are common because they are first and third harmonics. I would also expect...

Suppressing buzz
I ask for your help, but also your patience, because I am ignorant about audio, but I have a problem that Ia friend has asked me to work on. He recorded a video of the memorial service for a mutual friend. The audio recording has a serious buzz, which may have resulted from plugging the camera into ...

Isolating stereo tracks
Here's the situation: I am processing a concert recording in which the amateur violin soloist is having serious intonation problems. I know how to fix that, except that there is piano accompaniment, and fixing the violin pitch would put the piano out of pitch. (I suspect that would sound weird.) How...
