Here's another clue. I get this popup error sometimes, when manipulating markers in the Marker Window:

*** -[__NSArrayM objectAtIndex:]: index 0 beyond bounds for empty array

Markers don't seem to be working. There is an oddity where I, for example, might change the name of my 3rd marker, but the text I enter also seems to overwrite the text of the first marker.

Any ideas?
