The Sound>Split according to markers worked fine, however, the files are in .amad. Do I have to change them to something else?

What do I have to do to the files that I generate of recorded music that are saved to my desktop to get them to transfer directly into iTunes without first burning that file to a disk?

I must have missed the announcement that told me how to get out of the Amadeus format.awad into a format that will allow me to make the nice, smooth transition from a recorded music file on my desktop to the Library in iTunes. Procedures, please.

Finding format
How do I determine what format (Amadeus or Amadeus.amad) that I have recorded my music in? I followed (or so I think) all the directions in the manual and in directions from the website. I cannot move the music from the desktop file to iTunes. Any suggestions?

Transfer to iTunes
For the life of me I am unable to transfer the file that I have made in Amadeus Pro on my MacBook to my iTunes Library utilizing the procedures outlined on Page 37, Section 13.1 of the User Reference Guide. Any suggestions?
