This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and HairerSoft, the developer of the software Amadeus II. This software is protected by copyright laws and remains the sole property of HairerSoft. By using Amadeus II, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please abort the registration procedure now.

1. Grant of License. HairerSoft hereby grants to you, the organization / school / company / university purchasing a site license, the right to install and activate Amadeus II on an illimited number of computers belonging to you, provided they are located within a radius of 10km of each other. It can be used on these computers by any individual affiliated to you. Sharing this Software with individuals not directly affiliated to you is in violation of this license.

2. Restrictions. You may not rent or lease this Software or its activation key to any other party. You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, unless express authorization to do so is given to you by HairerSoft.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HAIRERSOFT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, ITS DOCUMENTATION, OR ANY DERIVATIVES THEREOF, EVEN IF HAIRERSOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

HAIRERSOFT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
