This is a legal agreement between you, the end user, and HairerSoft, the developer of the software Amadeus Lite. This software is protected by copyright laws and remains the sole property of HairerSoft. By using Amadeus Lite, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, please abort the registration procedure now.

1. Grant of License. HairerSoft hereby grants to you, an individual purchasing a single-user license, the right to install and activate Amadeus Lite on up to three separate computers for your personal use. Sharing this Software with other individuals is in violation of this license.

2. Restrictions. You may not rent or lease this Software or its activation key to any other party. You may not alter, merge, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, unless express authorization to do so is given to you by HairerSoft.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HAIRERSOFT BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, ITS DOCUMENTATION, OR ANY DERIVATIVES THEREOF, EVEN IF HAIRERSOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

HAIRERSOFT SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
